Over the years, the Centre has evolved into a comprehensive rehabilitation and employment facilitation institution, providing an integrated range of services including intake and registration, vocational and functional assessment, career counselling, vocational guidance, non-formal skill development training, placement assistance, self-employment facilitation, employer liaison, and post-placement follow-up. Through continuous collaboration with Central and State Government Departments, industries, educational institutions, financial institutions, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partners, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and rehabilitation professionals, the Centre has strengthened an inclusive ecosystem that enables Persons with Disabilities to realize their potential and participate meaningfully in the workforce. The month witnessed significant developments in outreach, evaluation-cum-registration, employment facilitation, industry engagement, institutional convergence, capacity building, awareness generation, and trainee welfare. Five Evaluation-cum-Registration Camps conducted at Tangi, Ghasipur, Jatni, NCSCDA Bhubaneswar, and Balianta resulted in an intake of 285 beneficiaries. The Centre also strengthened employment linkages through an HR Stakeholder Meeting involving around 30 stakeholder organisations/employers and five CSR organisations, while the AIF-supported Job Fair. This publication serves not only as a record of the Centre's monthly progress but also as a platform to highlight its continued efforts towards inclusive rehabilitation, employment, skill development, stakeholder convergence, and institutional strengthening. During August, engagements with Government Departments, industries, NGOs, CSR organisations, and development partners, along with participation in the NICS Career Counselling and Career Guidance Training Programme, contributed to strengthening professional capacities and collaborative networks. Awareness and welfare initiatives addressing youth development, health and hygiene, first aid, fire safety, animal-bite prevention, substance-abuse awareness, and hostel welfare further reinforced the Centre's holistic approach.
