About Us
National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (NCSC-DA), Guwahati, operating under the Directorate General of Employment (DGE), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India.
Mission: To empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by assessing their residual capacities, offering vocational guidance and skill development, and aiding in their vocational rehabilitation.
Vision: Facilitate the inclusion of PwDs in the world of work by improving their employability through vocational guidance, career counselling, skill development, and other support services.

Evaluate PwDs to help unfold their full potential and ascertain their social, vocational, and economic needs.
Assist in formulating rehabilitation plans and accessing services through government and non-government organizations.
Offer counselling and guidance for training, self-employment, and open employment.
All non formal trainings provided at this centre are listed below:

- Commercial & Secretarial practice
- General Mechanic
- Dress Making
- Computer Application
All the above trainings are of 1 year duration with stipend @ Rs. 2500/- p.m.
